Is the ARF site secure and am I safe giving my credit card details over the internet?
The Australian Rainforest Foundation (ARF) use the ANZ Bank’s eGate Payment Service to ensure the safety and security of your transaction. No credit card details are stored on our server and each order is electronically stamped if you have queries at a later stage. When you process a payment though the ANZ Bank’s eGate Payment Service page, you’ll receive an email confirming your transaction.
ARF Return Policy
If the goods are tainted in any way the customer is to contact the ARF on +61 7 40 512000 within 14 days of receipt of goods to arrange for the goods to be collected at our cost. A refund of the purchase amount will be made on confirmation of the goods quality.
How Long Until We Fulfil The Order
We will process your order within 2-3 days from confirmation and delivery by Australia Post is subject to their delivery systems and requirements but usually 2-3 days on the east coast of Australia.
Goods are sent uninsured unless requested by the purchaser.
Depending on your system you may receive security alerts when entering and exiting the secure areas of the site. This is simply your browser notifying you that you are closing a secure connection. No sensitive data is being transferred at these points.
